How does the face analysis work?

Take a selfie or upload one from your camera roll. Glowprint scans your face and analyzes your face shape, color season, skin undertone, symmetry, jawline, and proportions. You get a glow score plus a full breakdown: best haircuts, makeup shades, capsule wardrobe colors, and your closest celebrity lookalikes.

Is my photo data safe?

Yes. Your photo is sent securely for analysis and is not stored on our servers. Your results are saved locally on your device. We never sell or share your photo. You can delete all your data anytime from Settings.

Do I need to pay to use the app?

Your first scan is free and shows your overall glow score. Pro unlocks the full breakdown: face shape, color season, eye color, undertone, makeup shades, hairstyles, celebrity lookalikes, glow plan, and unlimited rescans. Available as a weekly, monthly, or annual subscription.

What's included in Pro?

Color season and sub-season with your personal palette, exact face shape with confidence rating, skin undertone and eye color, best haircuts with stylist instructions, contour map and makeup shades for your features, your 4 closest celebrity lookalikes, capsule wardrobe colors, and unlimited rescans to track changes over time.

How accurate is the glow score?

The glow score is calculated from real measurements of your face: symmetry, proportions, skin clarity, and color harmony. The same factors color analysts and stylists use professionally. It's not a medical assessment, but it's accurate enough to be a useful starting point for your routine.

Can I retake my analysis?

Yes. Pro users can rescan as many times as they want. Compare scores across sessions to see how your glow changes over time, after a haircut, a new skincare routine, or a season change.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, find Glowprint, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access stays active until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete all my data?

In the app, go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete all my data. This removes your scan history, cached results, and saved analysis. The action cannot be undone.

What devices are supported?

Glowprint runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 16 or later. Download from the App Store. An Android version is not currently available.
